Had them in the bob before the turbo, coupled with 1.725:1 rockers and reduced gearing.
    Was good for a laugh...

So were they worth the money? did the fuel economy or sound of the pipes change at all?

I had 204s, se pipes and air filter with the sert. Sounded great at idle, different to before cams and I noticed more every where in the rev range. 96 ci FXDF.

Now got 254e cams in my FLTRX as they are supposed to be close to the 204s, but better for the 103 ci? Had the 254e cams in from new, so haven't got a comparison, but the 103 with 254e is soooo much better than the fxdf, even with the extra weight!

As for fuel consumption, never noticed any difference to be honest?

FLTRX has slightly lower gearing, so the 254e, which has more mid - upper range than just low down tq, suits my riding. Knowing what the 204 was like in my Dyna, I reckon you'll be very happy with that in your 103ci motor. Enjoy!

Se 204 would be my pick for a midrange cam in a stock 96ci motor. Also good for a stock 103 motor but I'd probably consider the andrews 57h then.

Sparky, it was 92hp/99tq. But I noticed the tq the most, which meant I didn't explore the upper rev range too often, unless really on it! Simple stage 1 with the 204s, so was very happy with the rideability

I've got them in my 2015 Street Bob, the mid range is awesome and the sound is pretty cool too.
I'll probably end up going something a little more aggressive eventually though.
