Hi, has anybody fitted a tow bar to their 2014 Street Glide if so, can you please help with links where you purchased your tow bar and if possiable some information on your wiring from bike to trailer as i believe you can't just hack into the wiring loom on the 2014 bike. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you changed the rear shocks from air to a progressive type to cope with the extra load?

I am guessing no need to change shocks, I read some where the tow ball weight is very low.

The general rule of thumb seems to be approx. 15kg weight on the tow ball. Give or take a few kg depending on how the combination handles.

I bought the tow bar for my FXST from Classic Industries at Yandina on Sunshine Coast. Then bought a Plug & Play wiring kit from Kuryakyn.

Rumpig, Yeh I have a 2011 FXST, going by all the references. There is None to suite mine. got the 7672, and plugged straight in and working perfect. ( the 7672 has extra couple wires so I could run power into trailer for Cigarette lighter plug USB plug to charge this and run LED camp light ( well to charge it)
