    Hi

I'm interested to read your opinions on workshop manuals.

I have never been fully happy with any manual that I have bought in the last forty odd years.

They never seem to include "every thing".

I would like a book that takes you through every step, with hints & tricks, leaving nothing to the imagination.

Any body totaly happy with their manual?

I've always used Haynes manuals when working on cars and I can't really fault them, they're definitely my go to workshop manual.

Haven't got one for the bike yet but my old boy and I swear by Haynes manuals so I'm sure the bike ones will be just as good as the car ones.

    Hi
    Thanks.
Kiwi, you sound as if you have your head screwed on right. You have been very forth coming with good advise, good on u.
I will get the official manual. The last time I asked for one at a dealer I was told they don't sell to the public, was a fair while ago tho.......
I had a bad experience about thirty years ago with a Haynes manual and the wrong tension for crank bolts, wasn't very pretty!
