You cannot go past Mustang... Have solo with clip on pillion pad. The Mustang I have is the smaller size. They have I think 12" and 16"...

Absolutely fantastic seat...

+1. Mustang make a solo sport touring seat at least for a softail that isn't too big or ugly but more comfortable than most and it has a bit more height at the back to stop you slipping backwards off the seat. You can also buy it with a detachable back rest for long trips

Another happy mustang fan here, i'm on my second now, probably about 60,000km on the first, replaced only because i got the pillion pad and the difference in fading was noticeable.

corbin hollywood for me. nice leather. but be advised it is a firm ride and takes about 1000kms to shape to your arse, but after that all good.

Danny Gray Buttcrack solo. Very good seat for comfort. But does allow you to slip back a tad on the throttle.

Mustang Vintage Solo on mine Doc. Pretty comfy with good support that stops you slipping back. Also has a matching detachable pillion seat for the misses when she decides to tag along. Try it out when we catch up next and see what you think.

 

Roland Sands Design "Avenger" solo. Actually manufactured by Mustang. Got it delivered from Griffin Spares. Comfortable, with a bit of "back-stop" when you hit the throtttle...

Hi there, I went on the same quest: To find a solo seat that provided good back support and resistance when ya get on the throttle - for me the Danny Grey Big Butt Crack seat is the winner. Very comfortable and provides great support for the lower back.
