Rode up to Brisbane from Port Macquarie to ride in the Hells Angels 23rd anniversary of the "Good As Good" run.  In defiance of the VLAD, lots of guys riding with colours.  Great turn out, maybe 250-300 bikes, with a massive overkill of police presence... other than that, it was a great weekend of comradery . Read about it in the links below...

Scollops, good luck with the support 81 t-shirt, may you have trouble free attire as your first preference.

Unless you are an active supporter or associate of a patched club I do not recommend wearing support gear, it could turn out to be very uncool. Plenty of people have been flogged by rival club members on site for wearing support gear. If you wear it make sure you are prepared to fight for the club, otherwise stick to your Harley or Hog gear if you want to look cool. Look up on Google the number of blokes killed in the states for wearing 81 support gear and other club logos. Good luck mate.

I generally get a bit of a sweat on under the leather jacket and end up smelling as ripe as a box of figs.
I opt for my old VB t-shirt most rides.
Im constantly looking out for Fourex & New drinkers.

Go back to the post where he mentions "81 Support" shirt. I am not commenting on a generic shirt. I stated that if you want to wear a patch club support shirt then good luck to you. Don't shoot the messenger, I know what I'm talking about, and yes I have seen a guy flogged for wearing a Sons of Anarchy "Generic Shirt" and acting like a fuckhead. Cheers.

ive never been really bothered to be in any sort of group be it cricket or cards but my daughter said y don't u join a group that go for rides here and there cobbers or something they go for rides all over 50 yrs be good for u to meet people like minded ,so she reads about how they conduct themselves and that I must obey speed limits and no hooning or disobedience of your place when riding on rides ,I said 2 daughter geez I aint gunna get past go and I never did play well with others ,sop I guess its just me own my own as usuall got nobody 2 ride with but probably better coz I do things most riders wouldn't engage in ,yesterday or day b 4 yeah I was on bike and really had bike hooking up like leavin lights the rear dragon and an a lot othrottle an featherin clutch I was jus dumpin it an tyre was grippin so well was lofting 2-3ft at least 100ft as controlling loft an throttle were in perfect harmony and was jus givin it more each light an was doin better an longer each time this was best power wheelies 1 up ive done on this bike ,fuk it was jus fistful an dump and jus feel wheel lift as controlled feed 2 tyre slippin clutch so not 2 over power tyre into spinning up 2 much and coz was doin every lights tyre sticky an up she comes fuk I was in heaven an so controllable and ive got a singlet on mine saz INDIVDUAL I support myself and im crazy something in dna I don't no y I do this outa control antics am I looking for glory or is it the sheer ability 2 feel adrenalin of the sound and sense of connection of power of machime as im part of instrament that's aggressive like lion that can swipe u with paw and u feel fuk im on an animal an can make it do things that hit the spot is it stupid who,s 2 say but when im Levin lights an can spin tyre an still accelerate at in credible rate with no fear an just keep it pinned tell me were u can get that same sensation of yeah I gunna give sum car drivers a sight u wont see every day r u ready light goes green im between 2 cars at front of lights they look and hear as engine is idling this thing barks no fluffy popping here jus sound of v twin so I look an make ready never rev at lights jus let idle but soon as green hits I leave like an explosion fuk the sound is awesome motor goes 2 100 hp at 2000rpm an jus keeps climbin I change at 5800rpm have screamin eagle tacho shift light digital exspensive but now were engine at coz can hit rev limiter easy when doin big long burnouts ,I punish this bike that's what I wanted and I got it standard Harley was good but this is like ,y wasn't bike like this off showroom floor ,now I feel like yeah this is what a Harley really is when u open up its potential 2 giv u what u thought it was missing that 1% will only probably do 2 there bike INDIVIDUALISM your own club and your president of it SHINGLES

shit I have read on here over the years would drive anyone off, but I have also made some lifelong friendships on here.

Scallops has informed me that he has indeed ridden the second Harley and is now gone to heaven.
