Gday, i have an 09 super glide custom, i just put 4" pull back risers on my bike and am happy with the riding position but un happy with the looks,i get sore inbetween the sholder blades after a few days of riding, im 171cm tall,  ive heard people are using 10" or mini apes on ther FXDC, any info or pics would be appreciated or where people got them from and what changes were made to make them fit. Just look at the street bob mate , the looks will not be that far removed ,, My street bob was VERY comfortable for me UNDER 100klm p/h over 100 i became a parachute and it become hard work ,, i'm 171 cm has well

I had mid mounts ,, with highway pegs ,, to be honest i never used the pegs much , i found the mid mounts comfortable , , but then again i'm only a short arse with a 28 inseam

i found same problem just feel buffetting sand rain and windy days are hell ,i ride fat bob and have adjusted everything i hav 3 seats also fatboy bars on 6/12 curved risers ,i have avon pegs grips they are the best thicker diameter so your nor squeezing handgrip 2 hangon little raised fine rubber between chrome spacers these are quality billett steell and heavily crhomed ,this is 4th set ive tried i hav bad left leg so took a bit 2 get the feeling wen i sit on bike my hands jus flop on grips and elbows still bent on my foot pegs i hav attached a 2/12 inch multi adjustable chrome solid metal piece which can be rotated a full 360 circle piece has serations like u see in fruit so jus undo bolt and you can rotate your footpeg forward down rite back an gives u 2/12 inche,s to play with and also wen u turn u can also undo footpeg and turn to angle u want and u can buy threw kurakin made hell off difference 4 me coz i hav 2 get left leg 2 be able 2 jus plop on footpeg i change gears using my heel just put 2 levers like on electraglide or full dressers i hav no movement in my foot and knee destryoed so my placement is crtical as cam only turn leg from hip and foot has been made to be 22 % from square standing so wen use crutches i dont clip heel of good foot wen walking coz u fall over ,i hav 1 peg at different possi than other and we had 2 cut heel of boot at angle so wen foot on peg it feels right coz i cant control any foot movement all pinned and rodded heel 2 knee no ankle my foot all screwed 2 gether ,but see ya can change your bike 2 suit u i put a screen on bike cost 175$ and detaches by 2 bolts that r done by hand and multi adjustable in out up out down bak forward very well made an fuk best thing that makes riding less strainfull on you best money ive spent and can adjust wen goin along if  your confident all knobs are made 2 be adjusted by hand large plastic over metal brass i can blast along at da ton or more ive even dun 200k and still made a comfortable ride my bike set up 2 go fast i muked around with screen for days and changed were its supposed 2 be by raising 5 or more inches i always have tools onboard an dont work  so plenty time 2 fuk around ,and just wasnt doin wat i wanted so fuk it wat if i do this an this multi adjustable so really lets try it now, well went flin down hwy an went ive found it were i can blast along an not get the horrible force of air tryin 2 make youuncomfortable its wierd u can tilt screen bak towards tripple trees now u think youd be blasted ,but youll be wow it sorta works in reverse some times ,youd think gunna get ya head ripped off but thats not the case but if its really windy that changes things again ,but now my bike can be ridden a lot further with less fatigue i bought online MCS MOTORCYCLE PARTS in sydney ann if ya jus wana go small ride undo 2 round hand undoable knobs no tools ,every 1 says ya screen should be down sittin on top of twin nah fuk that didnt work there i found were it did work an u could light cigareette behind screen in close at certain spot an its like in void spot ,anyway thats what u can do fuk wat people think screens r cool an my stg 4 103ci doesnt care see ya mate ,also ive got 2 brand new HD seats that would fit ya bike an got heaps HD parts all in boxes ,o get 1 of those shock adjudstspanneres an turn down notch ive gotta gett new shocks YSS australia best place 2 buy and can replace mine $499 all adjustable the guy been doin 4 25 yrs run race teams over world and u can hav spring ratio installed 2 suit yourself he makes a shock 4 every harley ever made put new seat on other day called sundowner oh so much better 465 buks but if not pleasurable wen throw leg over machine an start riding looking 4 sweet spot but cant find it thats change time ,mike ya bike comfy its a small cost really 500 buks u can changes HD pegs avon pegs grips kuryakin 2,12 inch footpeg adjusters screen hav a look online ebay or others but mcs spares were i bought screeen ,those little things will transform your comfort ,i also bought a larger brake pedal part just bolts straight on an go big sifter put on brake arm nipped up then bent lever out little bitive got thousands of parts for harley dynas goin now SHINGLES
