Thanks Ricca! The tank work is a good mate of mine who does a lot of work for me at the speed sled shop.

Here's a sneak peak on the rear fender rolled edge. Due to the super heavy 13g steel the fender is originally made out of, it was far too heavy for what we have to roll the edge, but my good mate the shop magician metal worker came up with this great idea that seems to be working out so far. If this wasn't to work out, the whole fender would have to be re-made again out of liter gauge steel

Far from finished, but im liking it so much so far I had to share

Hey fellas been getting flooded with work and bike builds lately so it's been hard to get much done on my own, but I haven't forgotten about you all who sat watching this space all this time! So much changes on the train to fix a number of issues that showed its head. But I'll just show a few of the main changes.

First the new intake we designed to suit the SE 58mm TB. Not finished yet but this pic was the back plate fresh out of the cnc machine, yet to be cleaned up. I through on the figure machine tube to see how it all looks but we will have our own tube made for this one when I get time. There aren't many great options for the 58 so that's why I decided to make our own. I have a mini catch a band will be running the same blue and red aeroflow fittings and braided line to it from the breathers for that race look I'm going for with this one. I also pulled the heads back off and port matched them to the new SE manifold with the larger runners, as well as port and polishing the manifold and port matching it to the new 58mm.

Thanks to Josh at Tailend customs who made the new LED brake light, and with that we modded our bracket tidbit and changed the number plate to white on black and used LED bolt lights to illuminate the plate nicely

I know the Rivera primo pro clutch and upgraded silver spring (painted black) was plenty enough, but I added the variable pressure plate for good measure. You might also notice I changed all the bolts on the motor from black to stainless. Can't really see it but there's also an aluminium bracket made up for the over flow and drain aeroflow lines running from the tank to the bottom of the chassis in behind the primary.

Lastly a sneak peak of the new race inspired style paint. Inspired from the 70's-80's muscle race cars, I think this new paint kicks arse and suits the theme perfectly. Still yet to modify the fuel cap to for an MX style breather to be inserted into it. As stated before these tanks use to breathe in and out through the cap, poor idea as fuel just spills out and the tank is not sealed when sitting and the fuel goes stale in less then a week. Problem fixed now. Hard to see in this pic but we also fabed in a hump live down the center of the fender for half the length to match in with the top center hump on the tank. Now they look like a matching pair

As usual Squid some tasty work going on there ... going to have a whole different look now with the changed Paint work but that's the whole point sometimes to change things up a bit until you settle on

on something that just seems right ... or at least right to you which is the main point , individuality ... keep up the nice work .

    Thanks STROPP!!

Cheers Tim! Mate you're right, and to be honest I don't think it'll be the last time I change the paint, so many great ideas I have I find it hard to be completely satisfied with any one finish. But, this will be it for awhile as I have way too much other work to complete on other bikes, I need to finish this one up and leave it alone for awhile. Hope you're well any way mate!

Had a bit of time the last couple days to do some more work on this one and pulled late nighters to get the majority of the work done. Here's a couple sneak peaks. Not done but only a few tiny pieces to finish off

Bit of a test ride. Now I'm hanging to get some more k's on this to get it on the dyno, as it is, feels like an animal with the extra power on its base tune and best of all the light weight combination

Thanks hot and heavy mate. No significance to 74. I just like how the numbers look together. Some numbers don't look as others in different fonts. I like the lines in the numbers 7 and 4, that might sound odd but you'd be surprised what a difference it can make getting the right number combo in different fonts. Plus, chasing that 70's-80's muscle race car feel as I mentioned earlier, picking numbers in 70-89 kinda subconsciously adds to the idea of that era....well once again that might just be my weird idea haha
