I have Vance and Hines slipons on my sporty 48. Iam noticing a rattling noise from the rear exhaust. Annoying me very badly ! There is no significant external loose screws I could inspect. Please help if someone had this issue?

Sounds like a loose baffle.

Remove the locating bolt, remove the baffle, lightly tap the furtherest away from the blot end into an oval shape, very, very lightly,
and refit.

Yeah, don't know why but had to do to one of mine once.

a light tap so it's firm when sliding back in.
