Hey has anyone here removed the clear contact from under breakout pillion seat without the gaurd being scratched when pillion seat installed and in  use ?

I wouldn't mind knowing as they did a shit job fitting mine, more bubbles than a shower matt!!!

Yeah man so is mine..seen a few breakouts without seat but neva noticed if contact removed

I took the shit off as soon as I got it home, be real careful and make sure your not pissed! Just start a corner and use wd40 , as you pull a bit up spray a bit of wd40 and continue the process. When finished remove residue with wd40 but don't  rub hard or you will scratch the paint. Use Mr Sheen for a brilliant polish and shine.

When putting the bitch seat back on I have a cloth which is cut to size and I put that under, easy.

 

Yeah no probs here...just go slow. I have the Danny Gray solo & pillion set up. The pillion seat has cloth sewn under the seat so all good if you need to use it.

I too have the Danny Gray, great seat....would really appreciate to know which DG pillion did u get the ...suction cups or bolt on .....

Hi mate,

There is only one separate pillion seat availbale. It has 2 suction cups underneath the seat & bolts onto the rear bolt on teh fender...
