I would like to know if anyone is using Penrite HPR 30 (20w-60) in thier TC 96 engines?
I have used this in my dirtbike (honda xr400) for over 10 years without a problem and the motor doesnt chew oil and has never had a spanner on it 25k to date...except a spark plug spanner! Also run it in my landcrfuiser which too has over 400k on it and runs like a dream
I have read people using the HPR 30 diesel, which is also a mineral oil however as I have 20L drums of hpr30 figure it would be fine for the engine as all the specs are met and or exceeded.
I currently have the HD360 oil in i and it's an 08 Fatso with 22k on the clock
Any thoughts would be appreciated
cheers Rob
HPR 40 or Enduro Penrite , HPR in the primary
I have used it for 114k in my 07 twincam, used it for 170k in my Evo, use it in my BMW R80G/S, the SR500, XR400, T140 Bonneville, all the dirt bikes, the ride on mower and Honda push mower...........and the genset......and the Jeep.
i ve had it in all road Harley service's & raced on it since the early mid 90's , Dyna's only run 2 .6 ltrs esp under the engine sump oil gets hot quick , i use Enduro in the engine & hpr40 in the pri it save's the chain no worries , 20 50 is like water @ operate temp esp on a hot day ,
i've seen S.A. water, but the girl's are always nice
