G'day everyone,
it's good to be back on a bike, i had an 883 sporty about 6 years ago and since then have been off riding with back problems, the doc gave me the all clear so i went out and got a 99 1200 sporty to jump back on :-)
looking forward to contributing to the forum in the future!
it has a single seat at the moment but im looking into getting a pillion pad, or a two up seat in the very near future. but i has a softtail style rear guard on it, will this change the seat compatibility? or will all sporty seats still fit?
should i just get a suction cup pillion pad for those short trips with the missus? (heard good AND bad things)
have attached a pic for reference. who knows, maybe someone will know the previous owner?
