    Well here goes .

I was contemplating a 200 rear conversion when a swingarm came along at the right price and got the better of me.

So far so good modified the horn on the left kicked it out 10mm .

Made up a 1 inch offset trans plate today.

Also fitted 3/4 bearings to a late 200 wide wheel.

Thanks a lot more work then i thought it would be Had to modify the plate to clear the drain plug on the trans .
Then notch the down tube on the frame to clear the gearbox.
Make a wider shock mount on the swingarm out of 25mm round bar and drill and tap it.
Other things i have yet to do are the 5th trans mount point.
Re angle the clutch cable fitting to suit the new trans position.

Slowly getting into it i picked up a 1 " primary spacer from mcas for $20 couldn't believe my luck.
Mocked up the primary and trans and i had a level that was about the same width as the chain wich has plenty of clearance.
Just waiting on the axle to arrive so i can sort out the rear sprocket and axle spacers then i can tear it apart again and get into some painting.

Been a bit sidetracked lately trying to find a lathe as i like to do things myself and it is something I had never used before i bought one and got stuck into it.
I had a 3/4 offset spacer i picked up at a swap meet wich had the 50mm center hole I stuck it in the lathe and made up a disc spacer wich was about 11mm and has a 56mm lip and hole in the back to fit the newer rim.
Also i had previously taken some meat off the caliper to get it closer to the stopper bracket .And i made some temporary wheel spacers and give them a nice straight cut edge in thelathe.
