i want to buy a 17 x 5.5 solid rear wheel off a 2008 Softtail for my 2008 Dyna, does anyone know if it will fit  or what work is involved to get it to fit. They are also selling a 21" front wheel I want as well so any help on both would be appreciated.

Cheers, that's what I thought. The rim on the dyna is a 4.5 and the fatboy is a 5.5. I reckon it would be a tit fit under the guard and really don't want to spend money on going to a wide ass.

2008 FXDC. That sounds like a plan. Someone told me today you need a 200 on a 5.5 rim and no way would that fit. Might measure up for 180.
