recently purchased my street  glide tried to play some music from my memory stick .Have Harley  Davidson blocked anything not HD from coming true their speakers would appreciate some advice

I have no problems with my 15 sg. What format are the files? I've used mp3 and m4a without issue.

I use blue tooth and my phone with no issues

My '15 plays the iPod fine and using bluetooth iPhone ok too.
