just had one...  my S&S powered evo takes a bit of cranking..  so i have a higher cca battery than normal.. on sunday  went to start the old girl  and after a bit of cranking  smoke came out from under the seat...  pushed bike back into garage   grabbed keys to next harley and did my thing...  today i have a look and find the earth terminal of the battery has melted so badly half the lead has run off the battery, the batery housing has melted through at the top..  so  i melted an old texter over the hole in the battery, and drilled a hole in the battery post centre and screwwed in a tech type screw to a=nchor the earth cable..  melted more green texta over the top  and put it on charge..  shes comming up ok  lol..  will ride it this week and see how long it lasts..

looks awesome... im so custom  LOL

i so know i will cop some shit from some internet harley  brainiacs..  LOL
