Downloaded the Inclinometer App to check out the Bikes Alignment

    Front Wheel

    Rear Wheel

Now with that looking pretty good I went to check the wheel alignment and although between the front and rear wheels look pretty parellel there is a fair offset

    Front Whee to Rear R/H/S

    Front To Fear L/H/S

So is this Offset a normal thing with the dynas and if not Do I need to move the drive line over to the right some 12.5mm and can this be done with the turn Buckles on the top mount and the True Track

Ando, did ya have 2 straight edges to check equal distances beween the two along the chassis length??

Treat offset like ya do on any other vehicle with wheels, i.e. front wheels of a car, offset is huge, but so long as the wheels are aligned correctly the vehicle will track OK and tyres will wear evenly.

    edit;

I remember reading somewhere that the offset is a calculated thing that HD incorperate into design due to the difference in mass between each side,

Primary side has a lot more mass on it hence the offset to counteract for it.

Theory; given more mass on one side of an axle through a wheel, the tendancy is for the wheel to tend to try and lean to the side with more mass,

Try it with ya wheel barra, load one side up more than the other and see how it is to handle.

If ya can't relocate the load, then relocate the wheel.

Krash yes its taking its time but Six once said good things come to those that wait
Not long and waiting will be over
Holding it flat out out the back will be the easy bit, launching is gonna be the tricky bit. It breaks traction so easily its crazy

Time to look at the clutch as it is giving me a bit of greif

So I optied for the Energy One Extra plate clutchpack and the SE VPC

The clutch pull is like stock now compared the the heavy feel of the stock clutch with Barnett Spring.

I adjusted the adjusting rod the 1/2 turn out and locked up but the clutch lever works futherist away from the bars, I like the clutch working close to the bars so I will go back in and adjust a full turn out to try and get it working to where I like.

Trent I run a stock clutch in the Sotfy with 130lbs/torq for 80 000ks with no issues but this BOB was playing havoc on its clutch with just 3000ks

A few minor adjustments and it should be all good

SE spring and diaphram , stock clutch pack atm but have SE on order.

There was a problem with order and shipment at the time, can't remember what problem was.

It's good at the moment grabs just off bars but SE clutch pack is reported to make em silky smooth though.

    3/4 turn for adjustment
