Zed bars need longer cables?

I've ran them before and had no issues with the stock cables. There's not much more room to play with though! Don't go bigger than those or you'll have to go longer cables.

    99,
I just put HD reduced reach bars (p no. 56021-04B) on my wife's 13 Sporty. It needed next size up brake cable mainly due to the elbow after is leaves the bar as well as the wiring extension for controls/blinkers etc as I couldn't squeeze any more length out of it. I used the original clutch cable by re-routing it above the left peg (forward controls). It originally sat below the peg and about an inch off the frame all the way. Now it is a lot closer and neater.
How did I find this out??? After some dodgy guidance from the 20 year old punk behind the sales counter at the dealership (ensured me all was good), I pulled the bars off and tried to fir new ones. No go. Rang another dealership, old mate said, "i know what you want" and squared me away. If you have the time. Take em off, have a look and then go pick up which ever ones you need.
    Cheers.

I put 10 inch bars on my 2013 Iron and the stock throttle cables were okay, the clutch cable was nearly long enough, the brake hose was abit short, you should be ok with those bars, they dont look that high.

Should look good with them, cheers.
