Hudson, looks good mate. They're a great looking pipe. How do you like the sound with the modified (big city thunder) baffles?

Fatbat they sound great. You hit the nail on the head, saying they're loud enough but not to intrusive. Stationary i think they're around the same volume as the S&S slash cuts that i had on. But riding it i actually think its a little quieter. And i mean quieter, not quiet lol. You can deffinately here them.

And i think it improve the throttle response a poofteenth also. Either way i'm bloody happy with them.

Those O2 sensors were a bastard to get out though. lol

Now i just gotta wait til the end Feb and i'm getting an engine build done that'll really liven it up.

    Then the wide rear conversion.......

    Then forward controls.......

    Then........

Hudson, I think your bars need tilting forward to give it a better look, as it seems quite odd for them to be in that current position. Apart from that, I love the look of your bike especially those white walls, they really give it that classic look.

Thanks 06, I have the bars set like that for my comfort. In the original position i'm leaning forward to the point where it get uncomfortable after only a short trip. I've had surgery on my right shoulder and the extra reach would cause that some strife too. But thank you for the comments mate. Hopefully when i get this wider wheel/tire on the back and figure out what i'm going to do with the front end i can still get some white walls in the tire size and type. I'm thinking Avon Cobra wide white walls.......

You ride looks pretty trick mate. Nice colour, and the pipes suit it too. How comfy do you find those forward controls?

Yeah, I had a quick go at removing those o2 sensors but lost patience!
I like your bike Hudson although I'd ditch the pillion seat and studs on the seat but that's just my taste.

Hey Fatbat, Yeah i will be doing both those things in the future. Hopefully this year we can get the missus her 1200 Custom, so then i won't need the pillion pad. And when i get this 200mm back tire under the rear end i'll get a new solo seat for it. When its done it'll look like an entirely different bike.

This pic is similar to what i'm after as a finished product. Not going chain drive tho. And it will stay the same colour. Not going black.
