I have a 120r in a Fatbob it's done about 22,000km. It's never felt quiet right and run rough. I have stuffed around a lot with pipes thinking it was the main issue. I fitting the D&D Boarzilla in the end which just made it worse. My thinking was that when I found the right pipe I would then get it retuned. I was not sure that I had the right pipe but I now had no choice about getting tuned. As it turned out tuning was the key.

I can not believe the difference in the bike now. Not just that the numbers are so much better but it runs smoother and feels right. No spluttering and popping. That worried feeling in my gut has gone.
Correct Tune and happy with the pipe.
Numbers started 120hp & 109 ft pounds. Finished with 133hp & 132 ft pounds. Torque climbs quicker and stays higher longer.

Great news and it sounds much more rideable now. Massive change to peak torque numbers but importantly sounds like that you have much more torque where you need it. Did you travel far to see Neville lush?
You don't hear of any bad reports of Lushy tunes...I know a fella just south of me(East Coast) that road over there to get his bike tuned..

I'm using the screaming eagle tuner. Neville sells and uses another type. But can tune most of them.

I had to go about 450km which was a 900km trip. First time I,ve had this bike on the trailer. But it was running so bad I was worried about burning a valve or something.
