Hi - I've been enjoying reading through the forums for the last few weeks.
I've owned a 2001 roadking, since new and she has outlasted a wife and a few girlfriends. Quite often even after nearly 14 years, I still look at her and think what a beautiful bike she is. I shipped her over from Aussie to NZ 18 months ago, and have been enjoying the kiwi roads. Anyway, after much starting and stopping (I always thought I wanted an Ultra, but the SGS test rode so beautifully), I've just put down a deposit on a 2015 street glide special. She is being shipped as we speak. Still feeling a bit nostalgic about the king, but I'm sure I'll get over it.
I'm looking forward to the newer engine and the stereo/navigation. I have a particularly bad sense of direction.
