Handlebar recommendations

I went on a decent ride over the weekend and have found that my lower neck and shoulders became real stiff.

I ride an Iron and am looking for some recommendations for handlebars that will sit a little higher and a bit closer to me so I can sit more relaxed and upright as my backs a bit fucked after a crash a year or so ago.

Ain't looking for anything crazy, don't want my hands above my head or anything like that haha just want something that will make for easy cruising in combination with the forward controls.

If you recommend some and they're on your bike please post a pic as I'd really like some reference

    cheers

Have a look at the stock nightster bars , about 3 inches higher & slightly more pull back

Sounds like they might be exactly what I'm after, will have to take a look.

You had any experience with aftermarket bars? I like the look of some of the RSD ones but have only looked online so its hard to tell what they'll be like on the bike

have a look at the holywood's. Recently installed them on my sporty and can definitely recommend them! Slightly higher than the stock but they reach back a little more - which ends-up being much more comfortable on the long rides. The best part is the handling of the bike - more nimble/agile and responsive :) They cost aprox $150...

if you dont like the bar that joins them, then I'd say these are not for you. I actually think the bar works great with the bike.
Check the pics bellow and if you still want a pic of my bike, shoot me a pm and I'll take a couple of snaps for you.

Yeah I'm spewing, I reckon those bars would be exactly what I need if they didn't have that joining bar. Just ruins the look for me personally.

I got in touch with Frasers about some Harley Mini Apes. The bird I spoke to said they were 12" but I've been reading them as 10" elsewhere, can anyone confirm for me? 12" might be pushing it a bit.

The harley mini apes that were fitted to the 72 are said to be 10 inch but when measured they measure as 12 inch. From what I have found harley measure them different then aftermarket companies do.
