hey just wanting to know if you can the clear the crank sump by draining the oil usual way then putting the old filter back on adding a litre of oil then disconect the oil return line and pump it out running the engine any help thx
never reuse a oil filter , drain oil tank hot leave oil filter off , fill oil tank then run motor untill new oil cumsout of filter housing then screw new filter & topup with bike level , should only need to drain out 1/2 ltr or so watch level when draining don't empty tank
filter on this model is on the return ( scavenge side not the feed side of the pump

yeah so i could drain out of the return line under the bike which returns to the oil tank
sorry after i empty the tank and add litre of oil then pump it out through the filter then out the return line
all good service done m1 in the motor and formula + in the primary only cause i had it sitting around on the shelf gearbox later this week,
