Can any one shed some light on the process of getting a afterarket frame rego'd in QLD and is it's more difficult if you're not a licensed bike builder/mechanic etc?
Some good deals have been passing by recently in rolling chassis form, and I've got the itch to toy with another project.

Coming from toying with hot rods, I know it's becoming more and more difficult to get custom built chassis rods on the road. But theres minimum drama building a rod around a chassis that is already Australian compliant eg. Holden HQ tonner chassis's work a treat. So is the same with bikes? After market frames are by the dozen, and reasonably priced, plus having a new chassis is a better piece of mind.
