If anyone has ridden from Darwin to Adelaide recently, I'd be interested in knowing of any pitfalls along the way. I intend doing this road early November so any hints or tips would be most welcome. My last big one to tackle. Perth to Perth down the guts.

Just a big long straight road.
Don't ride after dark if you can avoid it, keep your fluids up, and check your fuel range.
Wrong time of year to ride, but that's your call.
