Hi all i have a 2005 deluxe with an alarm does all the things an alarmed bike does, but not audible, is the audible part an optional extra?

I know they are separate on a sporty.

The alarm is within the turn signal module and the noise comes from a separate module that also houses a rechargeable bach up battery.

My bike (Streetbob) doesn't have have one either. It's a module that you can buy if you want, but I had a cheapo Chinese alarm from ages ago and I like it way better than the HD alarms. If nothing else, the thieves wont be met by a system they know and it keeps the drunks at bay.

Thanks for the replys, Now reading this I dont think it has the siren module, didn't realise it was another option, I do have full comp on my bike after spending 18K of my hard earned, I will take it to an autolec see what they can do Thanks
