Looks like a fatboy or heritage with a few bits shared between the two models and with aftermarket wheels, light, handlebars and exhaust.

Have a look at the frame ID plate. The numbers will give a clue.

It's a heritage with what appears to be samson cholos, guessing a shotgun shock, carlini bars, lepera saddle 21/16 wheels
