Is there a electronic cruise control available for a '07 (EFI) Sportster?

A throttle lock sort of a device might be your only choice

It is possible to set up a cruise from the Harley tourers to a non-tourer. Takes a bit of mucking around with wiring and such.

Contact the blokes here: http://www.harleycruisecontrol.com/ and ask them about it.

otherwise an Aussie company make generic bike cruise control: http://www.mccruise.com/

Thanks for the replies though, please keep any other suggestions coming.

I just seem to have trouble keeping a constant speed........

my old man's 2014 Iron came with a throttle lock? A little screw that tightened up the throttle,,but I am not a fan of it...

Check the latest Heavy Duty magazine, they did a bit of a write up on an Aussie company that makes cruise control systems.
