Hi everyone.
I have a 1986 Harkey Davidson FLST and I know that the Evo's have an issue with vibration due to the way the engine is mounted to the frame but I was wondering if there is anything available to try and minimise the bike vibration.
Its OK at low speeds but once you get to about 70k/mh it starts up and it's a little difficult on long rides.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Tony
sorry that should have been 1986 Harley Davidson FLST.
yep I know , don't know about bobby though
as for vibes keep the revs between 2500 to 2800rpm and dont lug it thats the evo sweet spot ,and iso grips but u have them
gel gloves , iso foot pegs not sure what you would do with boards though
Mines fine under 100 over that it's hand numbing after a while. From what can gather it's a good idea to check runout on the crank. This was an interesting read as well
