"NO LONG FLAT 2014
DUE to what the organisers of the Long Flat
Rally see as the current anti-motorcycle
climate the social club that has run the Long
Flat Pub Run event for the past 20 years has
made a decision not to run it this year. The
social club members says they are unwilling
to have the patrons of the rally potentially
harassed by police, and despite past raised
funds for the Long Flat community, feel they
can no longer do so."
 

Got a Mate that lives at Wauchope. He rang up to the Pub a couple days ago and asked the question. His answer was. It is definately Still ON. The Pub is running it. Here is in His words.

September 5th

i just rang the Pub at Long Flat and i was told the Long Flat Pub run IS STILL ON. Spread the word folks, The pub is organising it this year. So, THE LONG FLAT PUB RUN IS A GOER, i repeat, THE LONG FLAT PUB RUN IS A GOER. DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE ADDS IN MAGAZINES AND ON FLYERS. IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG

So if you don't believe, then maybe ring the Pub yourselves.

sounds a bit flat

I live near Long Flat and Publican is a good mate of mine and it IS DEFINITELY on...just a different crowd running it. Oxley Riders will be running it as opposed to the Shed CLub.
