Hi. I take ownership of a new breakout next friday. I originally ordered the d&d bobcat exhaust, but recieved a call from the dealer that it wouldnt be available for 4 weeks. So they have suggested this 2into1 megaphone from bassini, has anyone got any experience with this exhaust? I also got the heavy breather, 204 cams and a tune. Thanks

Yeh mate it will handle what ya throw at it, has a stepped header I just did a 107ci with 120hp and handled it no worries

we are fidling around with the Bassini header pipes and a Super Trap 5" muffler ATM looks good

i have that system here now ando , going to trial it on 3 bikes ,different builds hopefully and see how it performs , have few people interested in supplying ,fitting and tuneing bikes if averages look good , the pipe looks neat and not badly priced either ando , have mild 88 tc, hopefully 124 mill that makes 140 + , and a stage 4 103 build to trial it on ,

As far as I am aware , Breakout systems are almost model specific.

Some Rocker stuff will mount up but of course the O2 sensors are different and in different location(s)

There was lots of buzz on the US CVO forum just after the Breakout launch as a CVO in late 2012 as a 2013 model

The 103 Breakout needs the same system , as much for the 240 rear and other wee quirks !

Now with slip-ons onto the stock headers you have a huge choice and no O2 sensor dramas
