TTS Tune Problem

    Hi Folks

2010 Sportster 1200 with TTS.  Had bike dyno tuned and runs perfect.  A couple of months down the track and its very jerky around the 2000rpm under light throttle.  Take the bike back to dyno guy and its like the tune has gone AWOL. He has to remap it again.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

    Cheers

    Sam

    open or closed loop???

just reload the Calibration that was put in last tune back in, should be all sweet

If ya have in closed loop and O2 sensors are in a poor spot the active learning will sabotage ya tune. Two options reposition O2 sensors or run Calibration in Open Loop

You can just use DataMaster2 and reset the AFV. If that solves it then you have an O2 problem.

Steve Cole, I picked up on your comment earlier in this thread regarding position of O2 sensores. Could you possibly give us an indication of where the correct position of the WB O2 sensors is, Please?

Thanks Steve, this concerns me as I have Zippers 18mm Bung holes welded to the first 100mm or so , on my fullsac header. These fittings sit at approx 45 deg. we have virtually duplicated the locations of ports from another Fullsac header pipe. My sampling on the front cylinder is noticeably diiferent to the fron,t as one would expect. clearly the front cylinder runs hotter. my injector pulse width on the front cyl is 25 - 30% greater on the front compared to the back.( 107 Streetglide). is this acceptable?

Usually the rear cylinder runs hotter than the front
