A 1974 Triumph T140, it needed 3 engine rebuilds in 30,000 kms, refused to start most of the time and ran like shit half the time it was running. Not to mention all the bolts and metal that broke or came loose. The final straw was the frame breaking, I gave up on it after that.

Most of my cars haven't been too bad, any problems there were really my fault.

mine was actually a 1996 1200 sportster sport bought brand new had nothing but trouble, leaking head and base gaskets , had a rattle in the top end that could not resolve and rear cylinder was fucked at 70,000 ks , one of the rear shocks fucked up.

i said to myself i would not buy another harley after that but i was wrong haha same as the one in the pic below

    Norton 850 Commando,
Fantastic bike to ride but shit electricals,
Advanced for its time though had ABS Brakes in 1978.
Well I thought it was ABS as I couldn't lock the fuka up at over 5 MPH.
Should never have sold it though.

    Triumph 650 Chop,
Bitch to ride, 2 rebuilds, Rigid rear end shakes me like a mutha, split two tanks, shook me rego label off a couple of times.
Girder front end with lightweight 21" front wheel wollows like a pig.
Still own it and still can't wipe the smile off my face when I ride it.
    Probably bury me with it.

    Worst car
    Mazda Capella (Non Rotary)
Mrs pushed me half way around Queensland when it shit the starter for the third time.
Also just fits under the old timber fence rails at Greenhills (Up to the windshield anyway), How do I know,
Mrs and I getting jiggy in the car when I knocked it outa gear,
Yep handbrake was shit as well.

    Best bike
Still have it a 2006 Lowrider, 130,000 on first engine (88) which was still going strong when I decided to fit a 103.
Another one I will probably keep forever, even been looking at trike conversions for when the old bones get too brittle.
Took me 49 years to get me first Harley, wish I had a pulled the trigger earlier.
Mrs actually talked me into it after many years of the Chop, Ducati Monsters, Ducati 860, Couple of triumphs including 07 Bonnie.
Reckons her butt couldn't take it anymore.

    P.S
I dont have an Ex, still on me first one, but then again............................................
Told her she was sounding like my ex the other night when she was talking about me selling one (or more) of me bikes.

The worst machines were always in my younger days in the early 70s when most of my money was spent drinking and buying cars...

EK Holden ... a total rust bucket.

Leyland P76 ... motor caught on fire

Best car I had was a 1966 2+2 Fastback Mustang...bought it in the late 70s and traded in my Monaro for it... you would only have to roll it out and girls were around you... probably the best car I have ever had... sold it to buy a house....

ZL I think Fairlane. Same as XE Falcon. Nearly brand new when bought and cost me more in repairs than I paid for it in two years. Missus liked it better than a VL commodore. Fuck me what a piece of shit. Traded it in on a ...........VL commodore for her that never missed a beatt in about 6 years. She does not have a say in car buying anymore.

1999 Suzuki TL1000R. Had a full Yoshimura exhaust with carbon cans. Sounded so good and so loud, I bought it without a test ride. I really think an elephant would have handled better! Didn't stop for shit either. Funnily enough i'd buy another one just because of the noise it made, as long as i don't have to ride it....

I have owned bikes all my life and can say that no bike I have owned was a piece of shit. Some had their quirks but that was the way it was in the old days. My 11 Deluxe by far is the slowest, non stopping , foul handling bike I have ever owned. Love it to bits and will stay with me till I drop dead.

Now if you want to know about total shit buy a Captiva. What a piece of crap. Wish it would catch fire and burn to he ground. Within 3 years 2 timing chains, exhaust, 2 computers, timing sensors, gas leaks, air con, every bloody other sensor, alternator and all the injectors plus other shit I am trying to block out of my mind. All under warranty but fuck me. Will never ever buy another Korean made car. Holden is fucked anyway these days. Feel for the fuckers that have to all their Korean crap.

Kawasaki GPX 250. I lost my license, then had to go back to a 250 for a year so I bought this nice shirtly safe bike figuring I could use it then get my money back in a year if I kept it tidy. What a piece of junk it was. It would change lanes in a stiff wind (ANZAC bridge in Sydney was a nightmare) acceleration was non existent, brakes were worse than drums. Someone stole the front brake assembly one night and I didn't even notice, they were so shit I just assumed they were there and not doing much as usual, seat used to come off over speed bumps (cable ties fixed that) and one day when I thought I'd see how fast it would go I made it to about 120ks when I noticed a rattle in the left bar. Pulled over, put the stand down and got off... And the whole left bar fell off. The bolt holding it in had vibrated free and fallen out, the only thing that had been holding it in was the pressure of me on it. Just a totally flimsy bike, felt like I was riding a BMX bike the whole time. No wonder learner crash them all the time, they're dangerously crap.

Italjet Dragster 180, most amazing looking scooter ever made (Hey I dig scooters too!), 180cc 2 stroke.. seriously over powered for the horrific handling and brakes. The front end was a nightmare, some very clever engineer had designed this hub steering system via a bunch of U links and a swish single sided swingarm and horizontal shock.

Nice maybe on an exotic sports bike, but on a $5000 scooter.. horiible, the bushings would wear and the steering would flop about all over the place, the front wheel would wobble about and track wherever it wanted, the shock absorber didnt like being horizontal and they would start to wear the seals out in a couple of thousand Ks.

Stupid thing could wheelie of the throttle, pull 160km/h + (I chickened out at 160, was terrifying), add wobbly steering and inefective suspension..

Years after the company went bust you could still buy the stupid things new.
