It sounds like oil from the chain case not the hydraulic system. If DOT 4 had gotten on your paint the damage would already be done. Have they charged you for the work that they've done? Is your goal to get a new tyre? It can be upsetting when things like this happen but it seems that they've fixed the problem. You do have a service history if there is further complications.
