Starter motor just makes clicking noise when hit start button , got new battery , is this issue the stater solenoid??

could be ,but before you do anything pull the exciter wire off the starter ( small wire square plug ) and put a jump wire from batt 12v
to where the exciter wire plugs in to and see what happens that way your bypassing the relay and all the start wiring

Good tip. also make sure all cables from battery and earths are tight.

Have u load tested the battery? Wouldn't be the first new battery to have dogged it.
