Anybody got experience with the following?

I need to modify a 2005 1200 Custom with mid controls and closer bars for my Daughter.

If I sourse a set of mid controls from a new bike will they fit an 05?

How do I bring sensible, origional style, bars closer?

Curved risers? Might be able to look at a "reduced reach seat"? Would have her sitting a bit lower and also bring her forward.
