    Hi people 

    hoping for suggestions (other than a new bike) the best way of combating the problem of scraping during cornering

    I have killed to foot rests & a pair of shoes, get used to tagging your heals when cornering :)

    Yes , the CVO Breakout touches down way too readily until you get "used to it"

    Especially on righthanders.Even right turns at traffic lights and roundabouts need care !

    Now it was designed as a "Boulevard Cruiser" and it's no way a Dyna in handling

    One recognised "quick fix" is to swap the riders and passenger footpegs as the riders pegs have a "step-down" in them

    At the end of the day it's the rake and the 240 rear that does it

    I have ground a 45 degree angle in the heels of my favourite Alligator boots !!
