DNA spoke wheels?

    G'day, looking at getting some 40 spoke 18" wheels for my heritage... Are DNA any good? or cheap crap?

    I'd love some HDWheels but at nearly $2K for a set its outta my budget.

    Thanks for any advice

    I had a set of 40 spoke on my last ride. They were good. No issues at all.

    I'm just about to order a 21" x 80 spoke front for my Road King. Fingers crossed the quality is good, dealt with Paul directly from DNA, couldn't have been more helpful or more prompt in replying to my questions.

    About to purchase a 21" to suit 2013 with ABS, $720 delivered, happy with the price will let you know about quality but can't be any worse than the steel spoke original:)

    Another option if VPW can't help out is Hogpro. He was very close to DNA's price but will ship the wheel with custom rotors and a tyre fitted ready to bolt straight on.

    Got my DNA fat daddy 52 spoke from Dennis Kirk couple years ago now $800 delivered no issues a little bit of surface Rust spots appear on Rim but hub & spokes are polished billet didn`t buy a rear at the time but will soon.. oh & I had to wait for it to be made & if ABS make sure you ask for the proper bearing its magnetic! , different from Non ABS

    Yes we do Max Spoke Wheels, Out of the same Factory as DNA come from .But we dont bring them in for ABS at this stage

    Just orded a 52 fat spoke dna front for my rocker in a 21inch $650 delivered coming from easyrider in queensland

    DNA dont do a Front wheel to suit a Rockers's Mid Glide Front End

    yes they do mate rang three diffrent shops they all could of got them one here in melbourne three week wait ,one sydney shop had them on the shelf but easyriders price was the cheapest .

    Ordered and paid for my 21" x 3.5 x 80 spoke wheel (chrome hub & rim with black spokes) direct with DNA. Will take 7 working days build time and another 7-10 days shipping out of the US.

    long story mate to cut it short they send me a wheel for a wideglide so ive sent it back this was last week still waiting on them to get back when they will have one for me in the mean time super cycles rang me last thursday they have one but alot dearer. me mate ordered his a month ago and his still waiting i hear dna can be difficult some times

    Mine arrived yesterday for those interested. To the untrained eye the wheel looks well built, I got powder coated black spokes and the powder coating looks good. Item was well packaged, took exactly 2 weeks for delivery. Just gotta get the thing some shoes and on the bike.

    Vee Rubber, only tyre with a white wall available. I thinks it's a 120x70x21.

    Also Avon is doing a wider 21" whitewall now but I'm not sure if they are available in Australia

    Yep, enquired with the Aussie distributor about the Avon, not due till October/November.

    You want a wide wheel than 3.5"? Something like the exile bikes used to run?
