I have four harley 21 inch steel rims here and none of them are perfect is this just the way they are from the factory.

I did notice on the later dyna they were using d.i.d rims does anybody know if they are any better.

You can pull a rim straight if its not too bad with the spokes if you know what your doing.

I got sick of the rust and drama's of spoked rims and went to alloys, lot less work.
