cruise control

    what a great invention this is, I picked up my SG on Friday and did a run from Hope Island down to Byron then up to Cleveland for the Laverda concourse. It was so much better not having to try and maintain a constant speed and it is so easy to use. So far extremely happy with my 2014 Street Glide cool.

    yeah Rod might see if I can drag Rich out next weekend. Yeah Paul certainly great on the highway but not too shabby in the corners either, just need to get used to the size again and the fairing.

    The whole Street Glide package is a ripper , not flawless , but a great machine .

    Looove cruise control, the old throttle lock just doesn't cut it.

    Might be outnumbered here but Road Kings FTW!

    +1. Love the cruise control. Makes for relaxing long rides on the RK.

    Yeah, yeah, I get the picture.
    I rekon I got the missus onside for a street glide.

    A few more are coming on the market for around 33k with pipes, a/c and tuner.

    Seats bigger than the sporty's too. Big bonus for her.

    Agreed, love the cruise control on my Road King. Not just for long runs but also those annoying 70km zones where the wallopers love to hang out and rape my wallet. Gives me a free hand to do the one fingered wave :)

    I have ridden a couple of Tourers with Cruise Control and I really enjoyed having that option, would be nice if they would put the Cruise Control on Softails

    I had it fitted to my 08 FLHT, love it, wouldn't be without it. My range meter takes a dive once I turn it on and goes back up once I turn it off. Love it but.
