Hi All

wondering if anyone else has this problem

short ride to servo, after fueling, the motor cranked over for a few time then backfired after that started fine

rode for about 45 mins, turned off for about 5 mins and had the same thing happen

bike is a stock 2011 street bob any ideas or advice would be great thanks

 

 

Mine does it from time to time, I usually put it down to fuel.

pull your batter cover off and check the battery terminals, the neg one comes loose and causes probs

difficult to know if it's the same, but I've had issue on my 2007 Street Bob since near new. Been told it's starter clutch, but I'm not sure. Most of the time I hit the starter as soon as I turn the ignition and seems to solve most of the problems.

 

mine stopped doing it when i took the stock battery out, mind you my stock battery may have been a lemon..

fuckin thing would go flat every 3 days.. not ideal when working 6/6
