I put 14" highballs on mine with 2" strait risers, so comfy to ride now, no more back issues.

    Hi All

A big thanks to BradndAlly for sharing his tip. I did the same mod using the same part No. from Harley and with a couple of LED lights as licence plate holder bolts and a licence plate bracket from e-bay. All up less than $100 in parts and about an hour in time to do. I will post a befoe and after phot, let me know what you think?

Hey mildman looks good mate . Cheap mod and tidys up the ass end well. I have been looking at the chop z options for the plate but cant justify spending $700 +. Thinking ur set ups the way to go.  Thats whats good about this site /forum page ,  u can get good options and information frome blokes that have allready done different mods and see what u like . (Only Some times u just have to sift  through the fuckwit comments to get there.) Any how  i noticed the open hole in the rear gaurd where the pillion seat screws in .not sure if u know or not but theres a plastic chrome finish looking plug under the pillion seat that u can screw into the hole in the gaurd .

There is also a hole cover you can get from the Fatboy rear guard.

Thanks chopperbobo. I did not know about the chrome plug under the seat, but I went straight to the garage and there it was, just as you said. It has now been put on the rear fender. If you do decide to go ahead with the mod let me know and I can help with rear fender removal. It's a piece of cake. Thanks again.

    Hey xlr8it,

Top looking bike mate...Can i ask where did you get the smoke rear lenses from?

I have changed my front ones but didnt know you could get ones for the rear as they are led.

    Cheers Dave

Yeah cheers thanks for that, looks the goods dark...

Did the lenses just pop off with a screwdriver like the front ones?

So I just picked up my 2016 breakout... I asked for the chop z with led lights but they've installed the option for tail tidy and keeping the factory indicators/tail lights.

I'm undecided if I should keep it as is or get what I paid for:

    Reasons are:

-I've heard the cops hassle you heaps more and it would be a bitch to get a rwc after it's been modded.

-the LED lights on the chop z can mess with the cpu

Has anyone had any issues with these things or have any insight?
