I love the twin headlamps, but side-on it looks odd. I'm no expert, but it seems to be a model that's always had very divided opinions.

Personally I absolutely hate baggers, but I have to admit that is a very good looking bike. I do like the new fairing, even though it looks like it's angled too far forward and down, kind of like it's falling off forwards

It seems that the majority or Harley riders have a problem with the Road Glide because of the rigid shark like twin headlight fairing, etc. I suppose its what your style of Harley, (bagger) turns your buttons on. All the owners I know , and what I've read, have only good reports on handling etc. The major components , motor , frame , etc, are basically the same as the other tourers, so its the fairing that has the traditionalist at a cross road. Very similar, but not as in your face as the Road Glide fairing, is the new Twin Cooled system on the Electra Glides. For metric cruiser owners wanting to upgrade to a Harley tourer, I can see that their buttons could be easily pressed. The Harley marketing people know this, as they have to compete with Victory etc. And we are really talking about the biggest bagger market in the world , the OLD US of A .

It doesn't have the watercooling as there are no fairing lowers on it. I rode one a couple of years ago on a demo day at sy's, nice bike, but the small screen was useless. The bike in the photo does look as though the fairing is tilted forward and looks odd because of it. I like the idea of having the fairing mounted to the frame and not the triple clamps, anyone with a bat-wing, like me, knows what a pain in the arse it is to replace those fairing mounts once they break, which they like to do.

    I'm a fan

I've sat on Street Glides and Ultras and the roadie just feels less cramped.

And I love that so many people hate the shark nose fairing.

Harley are getting with the program ,, Whats that they say , 1950's technology with 2020 prices ,, Yeh well just try saying that now , baby steps first ha ha ,, first the fairing , then the lights , whats next ha ha .

Dunno me personaly , i've sort of loved the baggers , but am now changing my mind and thinking Go Lighter young man Go lighter .. Partly because i'm getting older and weaker , and partly because since i bought a 650 v strom has a muck around 2nd bike , its quickly become my favorite, all the time num 1 bike , Anything under 300 klm and the v strom i run too ,

I'm just starting to think , i love being able to flick it around , and i'm not sure if i went to baggers cos getting older, i wanted / needed the comfort ,, or if its i got the comfort and it made me older . Still thinking about that one . But what is for sure is i now prefer light responsive , flickable , to big , heavy and comfortable ,, Suppose when i find that magic mix , i'll be happy till then its keep looking . ha ha

I do like the baggers though. There's something so different about them, in a classic way. The 2015 looks like a jet ski that swallowed a dust buster.

They also look like a very comfy ride. The seat looks like a jumping castle compared to mine. Keep em coming

Personally, I don't like that fairing at all, especially side-on. Guess, its horses for courses - as long as enough people love the look, Harley would be happy.
