    Hey guys

    anyone know of a good evo mechanic in perth prefer to get work done by someone who works for them selves over a factory store, new to w.a so dont have a fucking clue, need a bottom end put together

    if you strike out I know a guy in Bunbury that will help, cases you can do yourself you just need the bearings pressed and crank set up.
    I used Harris engines in Osborne park and did the rest myself

    crank is already done just need the press for setting the timken spacer, the one bit of equipment i dont have or that stupidly overpriced bearing tool

    brought my own 12 ton press and do my own stuff, what you save in labour will pay for your tools, no waiting for people to do stuff, no travelling

    ive heard lynden is pretty good he did some work for some mates of mine at least 10 years ago, so longevity is always a good sign, there used to be a kiwi fella over here i used to send motors to guys name was ian if i recall correctly, had a home based shop rolling thunder i think, had hime build a couple of motors for me must be 20 years back when trease was too busy, would love to know if anyone knows of him
