I have a noob question

 

How do you carry a spare lid on your bike ? I have a 07 fatboy and I looked under the seat and could not see any strap to hook up to your lid.

 

Any advise would be much appreciated

It can be a pain in the butt but I do the straps up (if open face helmet) and slide it over my right arm until its around my elbow. If it's a full face it sits more closer to your wrist.

I ended up just putting it in a backpack.

 

Jap bike have a hook or a strap under the seat or cowling that your helmet backle fits onto and the lid just hangs on the side of the bike.

 

I'm guessing because Harley is American and they don't have to wear lids over there is the reason why they don't have this on there bikes.

I'm waiting for a new seat to come in from the states, then I will probobly be ordering 1 from Hualing Ass, they are in the process of making a new 1 for the fatboy,

I might have to invest in a new helmet so I can go shopping
