Was changing out my stock risers on my Heritage softail ('07), and whilst removing the nacelle from the side with the driving light switch...one plug popped off... No big deal.. Just reconnected it, BUT now the fricken high beam and the driving lights don't work !  Any idea of what that might be ?

hmmm, sounds suspiciously like you might you might have an electrical issue there mate. I had one recently, my right blinker was working intermittently, took the switch apart and sprayed with wd40 and it came good.

Well there was definitely a blown fuse, but it kept blowing after I changed it..

Then the headlight build was suggested...as it may have been shorting, so bought a new one..

Funny thing is... Before replacing the bulb... I was swapping my handlebars back... And after I installed them, all the lights suddenly started working again ! So I'm thinking maybe I had crunched the wires in the switch boxes when tightening them back up ?

Sounds like you may be right. Just check that the wires have Not been cut or you could possibly have the same problem down the track.
    Good Luck with it all
