Just finished fitting the above stabilizer to my street bob, that rear one is a pain lol. Will hopefully test ride later today after a few domestic chores get done to keep the little lady slightly happy !

    Interesting to hear your comments.
The True track made a huge difference to my FXDX.
Also just fitted a steering damper to help with the pitiful roads we have now.

Daggs it's anything like the true-track you will be happy. Helps with the shit roads we've been riding

G'day mate, haven't had a chance fir a test ride yet, been doing some long hours, will let you know after the weekend.
By all reports they make a huge difference, especially if you push your bike pretty hard.

There is also a new dyna front mount developed in UK with a built in stabilizer. lotsa guys in the states are swearing by them. Google predator mounts.

@Chriso - did you upgrade the front / rear suspension or install a fork brace?

    Thanks

mate i put the ricor intiminators in with the stock springs. I also put stock wideglide tubes on cause they are 2 inches longer then the fatbob ones and jack her up giving me more clearance. Was sick of scraping .
Also have Ricor shocks on the back, half inche longer then stock again for clearance. it is perfect and still looks good the way it sits, actually ya wouldn't know it to look at.

Just got back from a quick test ride, you can sure notice the difference, bike vibrates less through the whole range, from idle and up and it feels like its on rails now through the bends.
So yes I'd say its o worthwhile addition to the list of extras.

Thats why I hate this forum.... just when you think you finished..... someone puts up a "have you considered this" post and the dollars fly lol!!!

I was thinking of doing the front and rear suspension in anycase but If I were to stage improvements what going to have the most improvement on handling suspension or sputhe (or similar)???

Was on the ricor website - great read = more dollars :-)

Did not notice any less vibration with the true-track, But handling much better. If you hit bump mid corner you only get the bump not the wobble wobble wobble can get right back on the gas.

I decided on the Sputhe as they both have good reviews and I think it looks better. Also I have heard that oil coolers fit better with the sputhe so that's a consideration as well.

I tried buying mine from the man direct but had no success.

I saw on his web site that he now does orders by email which I knew previously he didn't. After sending 3 enquiries by email over a couple of weeks and not getting any reply I tried ringing him a few times during US business hours and all I got was a recorded message telling me to email him...

    What The !!!

So .... that made me almost buy the true track but tried looking elsewhere on the web for the sputhe and ended up finding a seller on US eBay that stocks them so bought from him. Same price as on the sputhe web site so should have done that about 5 weeks earlier... I hate getting messed around once you decide on something and have the cash ready...

I'm sure they both work as good as each other.
I had heard a few negatives about Sputhe service and the difficulty in purchasing.
That and only good reviews from True Track, along with being able to purchase from M&M, the deal was done.
