Hi there every one. im from the Western District of Victora.I ride a 2006 Electra glide Ultra classic and absolutely love it. Over the years i have gone through the jap bike stages from Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki. I then moved to more of a touring bike and brought a BMW R1200RT which was a good bike but had a lot of k's on it and parts were expensive. I got rid of the beema and brought a new Triumph sprint GT which was fantastic but my age and level of fitness made riding no fun. I finally convinced my self to trade the Trump and buy a HD and its an absolute ripper although it frightened me last weekend when it started to fishtail on a slightly damp straight section of road at 100klm. It was like riding in sand as i really needed to counter steer the handle bars from left to right to maintain control. I have been riding for 30+ years and never experienced anything like that before. I would appreciate any feedback for that.

Norm have a bit of a "Google" before you buy. There are several out there but i have ridden a before and after bike and they really do wk.

Wont put me of riding Keith, but its reassuring to know that others have experienced this wobble and there is plenty of help out there.
Yes our country roads are an absolute disgrace Tatt & Nat.

Welcome Norm. All good advice regarding changing fork oil to 15w and installing the True Track System , or similar to make your 2006 Glide handle much better.
