hi
im wondering if anyone has had recent dealings with Vulcan in the states
if so was it positive/ negative?
I bought a PCV valve through their website, it took my CC details, billed me and i havnt seen or heard from them since. ( 29/4/14) purchase date
I have tried email, phone and website enquiry but all no answer
getting a bit peeved as im waiting on these to button my new top end rebuild up ( and the coin lost as well)
I took for granted they were a reliable company, not so sure now..............
Any suggestions???
no it wasnt done through paypal, straight on the visa

Don't know of anyone who has been ripped by Vulcan. Post from the US is taking a lot longer than it used to (about a week longer) even the yanks are complaining.....
And their show season has just started.
I hope so too, I like you have bits on order through them. Same parts actually along with the billet rocker supports . Hmmm lucky it's no rush winter.
Just got an Email saying my bits were shipped. Hope yours were too.
For anyone that's interested
still waiting for these parts to arrive......................
Not sure what's happening there Matt. Mine arrived via USPS this week. Mind you my order from Feuling has just shipped after 5 weeks. I know where you're coming from.
Well .
Im still fuckin waiting for the fucktards at Vulcan to send my PVC,s over.
cant get in contact with them for love nor money.will not return emails, phone rings out constantly ( yes I get up at 4:30 am to make sure the time difference is comparable
compared to JD from shotgun shocks , Vulcan is a half arsed backyard operation at best.
never buying from Vulcan again.

Sorry to hear about that matt, My dealings with them are different. I'm not sure what avenues you've got open to you either as in recovery of money already billed... Your story sounds like the horror story that makes peolple paranoid about buying overseas. I know it's always in the back of my mind.
