Gents anyone running this cam in their 103, any feedback?

I bought these for my 96 but haven't fitted them

My understanding was most peeps don't fit them to 103s as they are designed to give the 96 the torque of the 103.

Have since been told that the 57h is the cam i should be looking at. It is an updated version of the 48
