$120 per person (includes GST) – minimum 8 persons – if this number increases, pp cost will reduce i.e. over 12 persons by $25 pp.

We have to cook our BBQ etc, and clean up.
With the drinks, i'm thinking cartons of beer, bourbon & rum etc, split the cost between everyone.
